Travelling from Perth: Take the Kwinana Freeway and head for Mandurah,Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River. Take the Busselton by-pass and at the roundabout turn right towards Dunsborough. On approach to the Dunsborough town centre (the golf course is on your left), turn right at the roundabout (Seymour Boulevard), travel approximately 150 meters to the next roundabout and turn right again (Dunn Bay Rd). The resort is then immediately on your right.

Deposits
All bookings require a 50% deposit within 7 days of making the reservation and credit card details must also be supplied at this time. For all school holidays, long weekends and special events, the balance owing will be debited to your credit card one month prior to your arrival. For all other bookings outside of these times, the 50% deposit still applies and the full balance is payable either prior to, or on arrival at Bay Village Resort & Spa Dunsborough.

Refunds
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, LONG WEEKENDS & SPECIAL EVENTS

31 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded
30 to 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 50% of the total tariff.
14 days or less, no refund of deposit is applicable

ALL OTHER TIMES

24 hours notice of cancellation is required, or the first night is to be paid in full

This includes early departures. Refunds will be by direct deposit into your nominated Bank Account, or by credit card at the end of the month following the cancellation.

* Please Note: ALL CANCELLED BOOKINGS with a payment already processed, will attract a $20 administration fee in addition to any conditions as above.

Bay Village Resort & Spa Dunsborough reserves the right to request a $200 bond on arrival, should no credit card be available. Bay Village Resort & Spa Dunsborough reserves the right to charge patrons for any damage caused to units or missing items, on departure, and to also change unit types, should un-foreseen circumstances prevent the nominated unit style being available.

Privacy Policy

Information provided to Bay Village Resort Dunsborough will be stored securely and will not be on-sold. It is a condition of submitting your email address to enter the resort's quarterly 'Getaway' competition, that Bay Village Resort may use the email provided for marketing and information dissemination purposes in the future. If you do not wish to receive such information, please do not supply your details. If you are inadvertently sent a marketing email, or if you are already on our database and would like to be removed, please email us with the note in the subject heading please REMOVE. It is also a condition of submission of your name and email address that Bay Village Resort reserve’s the right to publish the‘winner’s’ name on the News page of the website and within the newsletter
